Refund and Returns Policy

No Returns After Installation

Once a Kiddoro Playset has been delivered and installed, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

Manufacturing defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We will arrange repair or replacement of the affected parts. Refunds are not applicable.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Orders cancelled before delivery and installation are eligible for a refund.

If the payment was made through credit or debit card, any bank/transaction processing fees charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days after approval.

Non-Refundable Charges

Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable.
