Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment.

For payments made via credit or debit cards, any refund will be issued after deducting the transaction fees charged by the bank/payment processor.

Installation is carried out by our trained team at the customer’s location.

Once installation is complete, no returns or refunds are accepted.

Products are suitable for residential use only.

Kiddoro Playsets must be used under adult supervision.

We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage caused by misuse, negligence, or lack of supervision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
